Redesign and retrofit. Engineering, provision, erection, and commissioning activities were carried out for the purpose of replacing the original automatic operation in three generating sets present in the complex. By means of PLC and a SCADA System in an Operation Station, an automatic control system of starting sequences in operation modes was implemented for an Argentinean power plant with three 40 MVA units.
